1. Construction Management:

• Leading the Weekly Site Construction Meeting.
• Monthly Payment Certification.
• Planning Compliment.
• Coordination between the Multidisciplinary Subcontractors.
• Leading and guidance of Tank Construction Supervisors.
• Full coordination and compromise with Health & Safety department and with Environmental Care Department.
• Guide and Lead the site Supervision Team.

2. Material Handling and Storage:

• Verification of on-time material arrival.
• Preparation and verification of the material store-yards and warehouses.
• Inspection of arrived material and CMRT / Report deviations and issue Non Conformity Reports.

3. Qualification of the Welding Procedures.
4. Welders Training and Performance Qualification and Tracking.

5. Following and Supervision of the NDE Subcontractors, Technicians Certification Review and Tracking.

6. Welding and NDE Logbooks, Welding & NDE Traceability, Material Traceability.

7. Carry Out, Implementation and Following Construction Method Statements.

8. Carry Out, Implementation and Following the Main Construction Maneuvers.

9. Carry Out, Implementation and Following the Tank Testing Activities: Hydrostatic Test, Tank Settlement, Pneumatic Test and Partial Vacuum Test.
